Ingredients
| Serbosco PDO Parmigiano Reggiano cream | 200 g |
| thick Greek yoghurt | 150 |
| firm green courgettes | 3 |
| medium/large carrots | 3 |
| thyme | to taste |
| chives | to taste |
Preparation
- Wash and trim the courgettes and carrots
- Slice the vegetables lengthwise to obtain strips
- Grill the courgettes on a griddle for 2-3 minutes on each side (if you have new courgettes, you can also leave them raw)
- In a bowl, mix the Serbosco Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cream with the thick Greek yoghurt
- Add some chopped chives and sprigs of thyme
- Mix the creams well and spread the sauce over the vegetable strips
- Wrap the vegetables in the cheese and place on a serving dish.
- Garnish with more thyme and chives and drizzle the cream cheese over the vegetable rolls
