Spaghetti with Light Truffle Cream and Pancetta

Ingredients

Spaghetti 350g
Bacon 150g
Light truffle cream Buono & Servito 200g
Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Preparation

  1. Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water.
  2. In a frying pan, brown the pancetta with a little oil.
  3. Once browned, add the light truffle cream with a ladleful of cooking water to achieve the right consistency.
  4. Once cooked, pour the pasta into the pan and stir everything together.
  5. Garnish as desired and serve.
