Chicken breast with Valbuona porcini mushrooms

Ingredients

Chicken breast 600g
Valbuona sautéed porcini mushrooms 250g
Butter 30g
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Flour to taste
White wine 25 ml
Thyme as needed

Preparation

  1. Place the butter and oil in a non-stick pan.
  2. Meanwhile, flour the chicken breasts.
  3. Once the pan is hot, add the chicken and brown for 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Add the wine and continue cooking until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and flavour with fresh thyme.
  6. Serve with Valbuona mushrooms, previously sautéed over a high heat.
