Baked Lasagne

Ingredients

Bolognese sauce Buono & Servito 500g
Béchamel sauce 400g
Egg pasta 500g
Parmesan cheese 100g
Salt to taste
Butter to taste

Preparation

  1. Boil the pasta sheets in boiling salted water.
  2. Grease an oven dish with butter and sprinkle with ragù and béchamel sauce.
  3. Continue with a layer of pasta, a layer of ragù, a layer of béchamel sauce and a handful of Parmesan cheese.
  4. Continue with the layers and finish the last one with plenty of Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200°C.
  6. Garnish as desired and serve.
