Every Serbosco product originates in our in-house Research & Development laboratory, where ideas, expertise, and passion are transformed into unique recipes. Each new recipe undergoes rigorous selection tests to ensure safety, organoleptic quality, and shelf life.
We also process fresh vegetables such as onions, cabbage, radicchio, and many others, to obtain preparations that best preserve their flavor, color, and texture.
For our preserves, we use ODP and PGI products, such as Pecorino Romano ODP Cream and Caramelized Red Onion with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, to offer professionals authentic and distinctive products.Our range also includes gluten-free and MSG-free products, to meet the needs of an increasingly discerning and informed public.

Our company is certified according to the BRC Global Standards (GFSI), ensuring the highest levels of food safety, quality and integrity at every stage of production.
Serbosco is certified for organic production by the Bioagricert certification body. Serbosco is committed to promoting local products and protecting the environment, offering consumers a healthy, safe, and authentic product.
Many Serbosco products are suitable for celiacs and have been included in the Italian Celiac Disease Prevention and Control (AIC) Food Handbook. This listing guarantees safety and reliability, as it certifies that the products comply with rigorous control criteria and production processes that are sensitive to cross-contamination.
