Ingredients
| 1/2 | fresh baby watermelon Approximately 2 slices, 2 fingers thick, from a normal watermelon |
| 200 g | Greek feta cheese |
| 150 | boiled green beans |
| 200 | sautéed porcini mushrooms Serbosco Valbuona |
| to taste | fresh mint leaves |
Preparation
- Cut the watermelon into slices and then into cubes of about 1.5 cm per side, set aside.
- Cut the feta cheese into cubes of about 1.5 cm per side and set aside.
- Take the green beans, remove the ends and any strings, and boil them in hot water for about 20 minutes.
- Drain and leave to cool before cutting into pieces of about 1/2 cm.
- Place the watermelon cubes, feta cubes and green beans in a large bowl and add the sautéed porcini mushrooms with their oil.
- Mix everything together and serve on a serving dish, garnished with mint leaves to taste.
