Spaghetti with Truffled Cream and Bacon

Ingredients

Bacon 350g
Pancetta 150g
Clear trruffled cream SERBOSCO Buono & Servito 200g
Olive oil to taste

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water.
  2. Brown the bacon in a pan with a little bit of oil.
  3. Add the truffled cream with some cooking water to obtain the perfect consistency.
  4. Add the spaghetti to the pan and whisk everything.
  5. Garnish to taste and serve.
