Ingredients for 2:
Olive oil | 20 g |
Onions | 1/2 |
rice carnali | 150-170 g |
Dry white wine | 1 glass |
PRONTO DI FUNGHI PORCINI | 1 pack |
Vegetable broth | 1 liter |
Butter | 15 g |
Parmesan | 5 g |
Salt | to taste. |
Pepper | to taste |
Chopped parsley | to taste |
Preparation
- Brown the chopped onion in a pot.
- Add the rice and let it toast.
- Add some white whine and the funghi porcini.
- Add some broth every time the rice gets dry and wait around 14 minutes until it’s fully cooked.
- Remove the pot from the heat and add the butter and parmesan to the rice, then mix.
- Add some salt, pepper and parsley to taste and serve.
