Risotto with Porcini Mushrooms

Ingredients for 2:

Olive oil 20 g
Onions 1/2
rice carnali 150-170 g
Dry white wine 1 glass
PRONTO DI FUNGHI PORCINI 1 pack
Vegetable broth 1 liter
Butter 15 g
Parmesan 5 g
Salt to taste.
Pepper to taste
Chopped parsley to taste

Preparation

  1. Brown the chopped onion in a pot.
  2. Add the rice and let it toast.
  3. Add some white whine and the funghi porcini.
  4. Add some broth every time the rice gets dry and wait around 14 minutes until it’s fully cooked.
  5. Remove the pot from the heat and add the butter and parmesan to the rice, then mix.
  6. Add some salt, pepper and parsley to taste and serve.
