Baked Lasagna

Ingredients

Ragù alla bolognese Buono & Servito 500g
Bechamel 400g
Fresh Pasta 500g
Parmesan 100g
Salt to taste
Butter to taste

Preparation

  1. Boil the pasta sheets in boiling salted water.
  2. Grease the baking dish with butter and lay the first layer of ragù and bechamel.
  3. Follow up with a layer of pasta, then one of ragù, one of bechamel and some parmesan.
  4. Continue with this layers until reaching the top, on the last layer add more parmesan.
  5. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 200C.
  6. Garnish to taste and serve.
