Ingredients
Ragù alla bolognese Buono & Servito | 500g |
Bechamel | 400g |
Fresh Pasta | 500g |
Parmesan | 100g |
Salt | to taste |
Butter | to taste |
Preparation
- Boil the pasta sheets in boiling salted water.
- Grease the baking dish with butter and lay the first layer of ragù and bechamel.
- Follow up with a layer of pasta, then one of ragù, one of bechamel and some parmesan.
- Continue with this layers until reaching the top, on the last layer add more parmesan.
- Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 200C.
- Garnish to taste and serve.
