Chicken Breast with Porcini Mushrooms


Chicken breast 600g
Sautèed Porcini mushrooms “Valbuona” 250g
Butter 30g
Olive Oil to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Flour to taste
White Wine 25ml
Thymian to taste


  1. Put the butter and oil in a non-stick pan.
  2. Meanwhile flour the chicken breast.
  3. Once the pan is hot add the chicken and cook it 2 minutes per side.
  4. Blend with some white wine and keep cooking until the chicken is ready to eat.
  5. Adjust salt and pepper to taste, decorate with some fresh thyme.
  6. Serve with funghi “valbuona” previously sautéed over high heat.
