|Sautèed Porcini mushrooms “Valbuona”||250g|
|Olive Oil||to taste|
- Put the butter and oil in a non-stick pan.
- Meanwhile flour the chicken breast.
- Once the pan is hot add the chicken and cook it 2 minutes per side.
- Blend with some white wine and keep cooking until the chicken is ready to eat.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste, decorate with some fresh thyme.
- Serve with funghi “valbuona” previously sautéed over high heat.
