bavette | 350g |
Pesto alla ligure Serbosco | 250 g |
potatoes | 250 g |
Green beans | 200 g |
Pecorino cheese | to taste. |
Olive Oil | to taste |
Salt | to taste |
Preparation
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes.
- Wash and tick the green beans.
- Boil the vegetables.
- Cook the pasta in abundant salted water.
- Put the boiled vegetables in a pan with the pesto alla ligure with some of the Pasta cooking water.
- Once cooked add the pasta to the pan, add some oil, garnish with pecorino on top and serve.
