Ingredients for 2:
|Pesto alla ligure Serbosco||250 g|
|Green beans||200 g|
|Pecorino cheese||to taste.|
|Olive Oil||to taste|
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes.
- Wash and tick the green beans.
- Boil the vegetables.
- Cook the pasta in abundant salted water.
- Put the boiled vegetables in a pan with the pesto alla ligure with some of the Pasta cooking water.
- Once cooked add the pasta to the pan, add some oil, garnish with pecorino on top and serve.
