Bavette al Pesto with Potatoes and green Beans

Ingredients for 2:

bavette 350g
Pesto alla ligure Serbosco 250 g
potatoes 250 g
Green beans 200 g
Pecorino cheese to taste.
Olive Oil to taste
Salt to taste


  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes.
  2. Wash and tick the green beans.
  3. Boil the vegetables.
  4. Cook the pasta in abundant salted water.
  5. Put the boiled vegetables in a pan with the pesto alla ligure with some of the Pasta cooking water.
  6. Once cooked add the pasta to the pan, add some oil, garnish with pecorino on top and serve.
